This book is well-written, well-researched, historically well-documented, analytical, educational, inspiring, provocative, entertaining, and ultimately designed to get readers all fired up to fight for democracy in everyday life and associations. The book should be required reading for students of political science, as well as discussed in political and media debates. The section on the role of the media is quite relevant to understanding how Trumpism has become normalized into a cult, if not a religion.
